8x8 space in climate controlled building just inside the entry. Electricity included. Indoor space is limited, sign up early to reserve your spot.

Want your message to be seen by all TinyFest-ers right away when they enter the festival? Want your message to stick with attendees throughout the day and beyond? Advertise on the Event Map or Event Schedule... or both! Rather than hand out wasteful paper copies of the event map and speaker and workshop schedules, event goers will see a poster-sized map and schedule right inside the entrance gate. All attendees will be encouraged to photograph it to refer back to throughout the day. Place your message on either poster to make a great first (and lasting) impression. Advertisements available in 12"x12" increments.

Two weekend admission passes are included.(Please contact us to arrange for additional admission passes for individuals working at your booth.)All vendor booth spaces are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis- based on when an application is received, reviewed, accepted, and paid for.
NOTE: The event will be held rain or shine.
By purchasing a vendor space you agree to the following:
To set up your booth during Vendor Set-Up Time: Fri., June 7th 12pm – 5pm, or Sat., June 8th 7am-8am. Vehicles must be off the event grounds by 8am. Set-up must be complete by 9:30am.
To keep your vendor booth open on Sat., June 8th from 10am-6pm, and Sun., June 9th from 10am-5pm. You agree to do so in a reasonable capacity, & without departing early, unless prior arrangements are made. Having your booth open during the PrimeTime event on Friday evening is optional, not required.
To break-down and clean up vendor area by Sunday at 9pm.
To submit at least one logo file and one photograph of your product, your service, or of you, at the time of submitting this form, to be used in promotional activities of Tiny Fest, LLC.
To create a display that is family appropriate and to behave in a manner appropriate for a family event at the discretion of Tiny Fest, LLC. By not doing so you agree to modify the display area or to leave the event without fees being refunded.
To carry all necessary insurance covering liability and property displayed at the festival.
To obtain the necessary Kansas sales tax permits if on-site sales will occur. The following entities must be endorsed as Additional Insured on all policies: "Tiny Fest, LLC" and "Louisburg Cider Mill"
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the event.
Neither Tiny Fest, LLC, nor any of their employees, staff, volunteers or agents are responsible for the security of your belongings.
Tiny Fest, LLC reserves the right to decline any vendor registration for TinyFest Midwest at its discretion.
